Terms and Conditions
By proceeding with your Encalm membership or booking, you accept the following terms and conditions applicable to all Encalm services, including Atithya Meet & Assist and Encalm Lounge access.
| The membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual whose name is registered at the time of purchase. |
| Up to four 4 guests traveling with the registered member are eligible for the mentioned discounts on rack rates, provided the booking is made under the member’s name and the member is part of the trip |
| Any additional guests must be included at the time of booking through a written request. Access is restricted to registered individuals and cannot be transferred later. |
| Membership fee is non-refundable. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer partial refunds or credits for unused services or early cancellation, except in cases outlined in the cancellation policy. |
| Lounge access is subject to availability and operational capacity. Access may not be guaranteed during peak hours, public holidays, or special events. |
| Membership is intended for personal use only. Any resale, commercial use, or bundling with third-party services is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund. |
